please help! very sick golden needs special vet

does anyone out there know of a mobile vet that may have experience with rescues.. i have a golden who has stopped eating and is exhibiting fatigue... its been more than a few days.. he is not snapping out of it and he is drinking and going to the bathroom... but not eating. something is wrong and i have to get a vet to see him... BUT he is a rescue who was abused by people... if he doesn't know you, he may bite... so he needs to be sedated somehow.. just to see the vet. DOES ANYONE KNOW A VET THAT MAY MAKE A HOUSE CALL? AND HAS ANY EXPERIENCE WITH THIS TYPE OF DOG OR CAN SEDATE FIRST.. ?? Any suggestions appreciated.... Its just me and my little best friend, Max... so we truly truly appreciate any help from anyone... PLEASE EMAIL
