Start your Saturday morning with either a:
45-minute Bootcamp Class from 10:00 am- 10:45am
Not-But-Kinda-Like-Zumba EXperience 11:00am - 11:45am
or Stretch & Release Yoga EXperience 12:00pm- 12:45pm
Make sure to bring your water, towel, Yoga Mat (if needed) and Energy to end the week strong and ready for the week to come.
Please arrive 10 minute's early to sign-in as all class times will be starting on TIME, thank you
