Drummer needed for queer friendly Dance/Punk band

We are a group of musicians in our 30's looking for a drummer. We have a few songs in the works and plenty of creativity. Some references of the sound is a mix of things like The Hives, Metric, Drug Church, The Faint, Unwound, The Pixies, Desaparecidos, The Muffs, Cloud Rat, The Units, McClusky, Death From Above 1979, etc. We are rational adults and hope that you are too. We are looking for someone with experience, owns their own equipment, can practice once a week and can be creative behind the kit. NO EGOS and NO SHITHEADS. We are queer friendly!
