Looking for other folks who like jamming/listening to bluegrass. Mostly interested in just meeting up on weekends and jamming, but would be open to getting a band going if it naturally goes that way. I play guitar, mandolin, bass (don't have an upright at the moment) and sing. I consider myself intermediate to advanced. I like to play fiddle tunes/bluegrass standards. Influences: Tony Rice, Norman Blake, John Hartford, David Grisman, Sam Bush and all of their various side projects, as well as newer groups like Billy Strings, Molly Tuttle, Punch Brothers, Wood & Wire, etc. I'm taking things pretty seriously with COVID, but just putting this out as a feeler for something to look forward to once things get better. Not that it matters, but I'm in my 30s and would def. be interested in meeting others around my same age into this music.
