The Cocoa Fairy and their HOMEMADE COCOA BOMBS are coming to Nest on Main for a Pop Up! Join us at Nest on Main for this Pre Valentine's Day Pop-Up Event with The Cocoa Fairy! Dana Licandro and Dan Cafiero are the owners and founders of The Cocoa Fairy cocoa shop. The Cocoa Fairy was founded in 2020 as a hobby during the COVID-19 pandemic, and quickly became a booming business venture. The Cocoa Fairy specializes in hot chocolate bombs, the trendy new way to enjoy hot chocolate. The hot cocoa bombs come in a variety of flavors, including peanut butter, birthday cake, Oreo, red velvet, and mint chip. They are customized and decorated for any occasion— Valentine’s Day, birthdays, baby showers, etc. The Cocoa Fairy cocoa bombs are favorite treats to Long Islanders. Starting in 2021, The Cocoa Fairy has shipped cocoa treats from the east coast to California, and many other stops in between. Dana and Dan reside in Massapequa, Long Island. Besides making cocoa bombs, Dana is a full time lawyer in Family Court handling child protective cases. Dan works for Island Painting Inc. when he isn’t managing the business, sales, marketing, and finances at the Cocoa Fairy. “What really sets our business apart is that we really try to add a personal touch to each order. Nothing is better than receiving a photo from a customer of their child smiling that even though they didn’t get to have their birthday party with their friends this year, they were excited to receive their personalized Cocoa Fairy treats to hand out for their drive-by party. Recently, we had the pleasure of delivering a box for a customer to a friend they hadn’t seen since the pandemic— just a little "I'm thinking of you even if we can’t be together."
