BOWIE, MD — Police said an armed carjacker stole a car in Bowie around 4:45 a.m. Tuesday. The silver 2015 Kia Optima is registered in Maryland under the tag number 2CZ2171, an incident report noted. The write-up advised that the vehicle has a Penn State Nittany Lion sticker in the lower-left corner of the rear windshield and a Penn State alumni license plate holder on the rear bumper.
