PLEASANTON, CA — The California Highway Patrol has rescinded a Sig-alert following an injury crash on westbound Interstate 580 in Pleasanton. The alert was issued around 5 a.m. Thursday by the California Highway Patrol's Dublin office. The wreck, which involved multiple vehicles, was reported just before 5 a.m., according to CHP records. Though the wreck had apparently been cleaned up by 8 a.m., residual delays lingered east of Pleasanton on eastbound I-580 following a crash that resulted in injuries in Hayward.
