ISO: small/medium mixed breed

We are looking to add a small/ish to medium breed companion to our family. We would like to adopt a puppy no older than 12 weeks, so that we can train and raise them around our two children & cat. We are not particular about the breed, mixed would be perfect. Male or female, but would prefer male. Most importantly, someone who would love the company of children. We are not looking to spend hundreds of dollars, but we are happy to pay a reasonable rehoming fee to someone who is simply trying to find their pup a good home. If he/she is already neutered/spayed then we are willing to cover the cost, we just ask for proof.
