We utilize challenging standing sequences for the majority of class, followed by deeper stretching floor poses, a relaxing savasana and positive meditation to finish. A hot and sweaty experience for all levels of practitioners. Heated Deep Stretch: Re-define comfort in your body as you increase your flexibility and mobility during our deep, athletic stretch session. Floor postures and longer holds using props help to release tension from the muscles and relax the mind.
