I've been working on some songs for a band project over the last few months, and am at the point where I want to start looking for other members and creative inputs to take it to the next level and develop a full album. Once live shows become a realistic option, I'd love to play out, maybe even try to tour regionally. I'd list some influences but it's easier to just link the current music. https://soundcloud.com/user-158678818/sets/ep1 These are all works in progress, and recorded at home by me using an 8 string guitar and a drum machine. I'd love to replace the digital drums with live drums, and expand to include other instruments. Also some of the audio clips used would likely need to be replaced due to potential license issues, and I would be open to a vocalist. But I'm also not in any rush, and looking to find people who are going to be on the same wavelength creatively. And also someone who I wouldn't hate after being stuck in a tour bus with for a few weeks. I'm open to creative suggestions on what instruments to add within reason. I'm mid-30s, have quality gear, and a good attitude. Located in eastern Baltimore. I'd like to collaborate remotely for now, until vaccine distribution ramps up and all that. But ideally this would give us time to polish existing material and write a few new songs. Then when practice is possible we can get together, and tighten up the material to play it live.
