Lost/stolen broken phone

I lost a phone that was eventually stolen because some guy answered it as a business!! He would not give the phone back. (Asshole!!) It either fell off while I was riding a motorcycle or was picked up from where I was. This is a galaxy S8 blue back with cracked front and back. This was about 3 months ago!! All my photos were in that phone and most were not backed up to my new one. I will give you a cash reward if returned. Thank you!!!
