Santa Barbara Garden Montessori is a Bilingual immersion Family Child Care on the Upper Eastside. We are an AMI Montessori English-Spanish immersion child care program for infants and toddlers 0-3.5 years. We have 2 openings for Toddlers ages 15 months-2.5 years! Weekend appointments can also be made to accommodate busy weekday schedules. Schedules: Half Day: 8:30-12:00 Full Day: 8:30-2:45 (pick-up between 2:45-3:00pm) Extended Day: 8:30-5:30 2-5 day options available... Toddler Schedule: 8:30-10:30am-ish Morning Work Period (children choose work from indoor or outdoor environment while the Toddler Guide (Eva) gives individual or small group lessons) 10:30am-ish Group snack 10:45-ish -12:15 Outdoors (lots of choices in our large yard or outing to one of the nearby parks) 12:15 -1:00pm Lunchtime (children help set the tables with place mats, dishes, utensils, cups, etc...) + clean-up & nap set up in classroom 1:00-2:45-ish: Nap time 2:45-3:00: Full day children go home 3:30-ish Afternoon snack 3:45-5:30pm Extended day activities (various indoor/outdoor choices) The above is a general flow of the Toddler Day.
