I have an All Living Things cage for sale. I needed to get a larger cage. It is in good condition overall. Where the cage attaches to the tray (bottom) there are normally 4 little white connecting clips to keep it more firmly in place. I only have 1 that I got with the cage. I've never had an issue with it moving. It's easier to lift up & down when it's time to clean the cage. You just have to move the cage by holding the base and not pull it. I'm sure any hardware store would have plastic clips if you wish to secure it more. Let me know if you would like me to throw in an extra food bowl, and plastic water bottle I have.
