I have a few rooms in the garden level of a building that are fit for (quiet) artists, i.e. no musicians. They are heated, lockable, have a private entrance and a shared bathroom. Access will be limited to the artist -- it's not a hang out space -- and access hours will be between 8am and 8pm. Artists must dispose of their own waste. Please write with questions. $225/month $50/deposit $39.99 application (which will cover criminal history and credit history for the security of others)
