Just found a tiedown bar for strapping ratchets on a flatbed. It was at the intersection of South College Rd. and Wrightsville Ave. heading South in front of where Denny's was/is. The truck probably turned onto Wrightsville Ave. heading East toward the Ocean. I don't gets TEXTS.......... CALL me.
