If you are exhausted, stressed out, burnt out, or just looking to relax and nourish your mind, body, and spirit, please join us for a FREE hour long of @SOULFLOWYO yoga. The primary goal of the class is to help you find a small bit of a peace and relaxation during a scary and stressful time.
It doesn’t matter if it’s your first time or you’ve been practicing yoga all your life—everyone is welcome. Be sure to bring a yoga mat, small towel, a bottle of water, patience and an open heart!
Hot tea & refreshments will be available at entry. We can’t wait to see you.
