Intermediate level; No commitment; Great scrap buster! *****THIS CLASS IS AT 3460 WEST CAREFREE CIRCLE***** This Block of the Month will consist of blocks relating to farming and gardening. Students will make a 12” quilt square and will recieve the same pattern in a 6” block. Patterns can be used for hotpads, table runners, quilts, etc. Come join the fun on the farm! Our next quilt block is called “tractor”. Student will need to bring from home:sewing machine 1/4” foot neutral thread rotary cutter small cutting mat other sewing notions such as scissors, seam ripper ,etc. Pre-cut the following:Background: A-one 3-1/2 x 9-1/2” rectangle; B-one 3-1/2 x 4” rectangle; C-one 2-1/2 x 3-1/2” rectangle; D-one 2-1/2” square; E-four 2” squares; F-two 1-1/2 x 2-1/2” rectangles; G-two 1-1/2” squares;H-four 1-1/4” squares; I-one 1 x 2-1/2“ rectangle; J-two 1 x 1-1/2” rectangles; K-one 1” square. Tractor: L-one 3-1/2 x 6-1/2” rectangle; M-one 2 x 8-1/2” rectangle; N-one 2” square; O-one 2-1/2 x 3” rectangle. Tractor Smokestack & Steering Wheel: P-one 1/12 x 3-1/2” rectangle; Q-one 1 x 2” rectangle. Tractor Tires: S-one 3” square; T-two 2 x 6-1/2” rectangles; U-two 2 x 3-1/2” rectangles; V-four 1-1/4” squares. Hubcap, Tractor Stipe & Sm. Tire Accent: W-one 3-1/2” square; –one 1 x 8-1/2” rectangle; Y-one 1” square. Dirt: Z-one 1-1/2 x 12-1/2” rectangle.
