The REFIT® experience pairs powerful fitness-based movements with positive music for a cardio-focused workout that is challenging, effective and fun for everyBODY! REFIT® combines cardio dance, toning and balance and is for all ages, shapes and fitness levels. That includes men and women!!! COST- of the class is $5 per class. After registering, you will receive payment options via e-mail. You must pay in order to attend class! 2). WAIVER- If this is your first time attending the class at Routines, you must sign a waiver for class (one-time only). If the class is full you may be added to the waiting list. **No equipment needed for class.** Important announcements: ⚠️ Please do NOT come to class if: - You are experiencing any symptoms or have been diagnosed with COVID. - You have been in contact with someone who has shown symptoms or has been diagnosed with COVID. ⚠️ All instructors and participants must wear masks to and from class. Masks are not required while dancing but please maintain a 6 foot safe distance space during class at all times. Hand sanitizer will be accessible to all!
