Dallas PD sponsored shoe giveaway. All participates must be members of a YMCA. All participates must register for the event. The Dallas Police Department and the Nancy Lieberman Charities will host Stepping Into 2021 on Saturday, February 6, 2021 at the Moorland Oak Cliff YMCA, 6701 S. Hampton Rd. The Mooreland Oak Cliff YMCA Dream Court was dedicated to Andre Emmett, former Carter High School and Texas Tech basketball star, in August of 2020. The Dallas Police Department utilizes Dream Courts for local youth programs to build teamwork, trust and strengthen the relationship between officers and the youth of Dallas.
