Come join us for February's Health Talk where we will be covering everything heart health and self-love! Are you struggling with lack of self-worth or feel you need better coping skills?! Do you want to be empowered by knowing how food directly affects your heart health? Maybe you have a family history of high cholesterol and/or heart disease. Mamas, this class is for YOU. Ana will be discussing self-worth, coping skills, and healing your heart. Denise is tackling all things food. From the environment you eat your food in, to coping with food, to how food directly affects your heart health. Heddy will be diving deep into the functional approach to high cholesterol and overall heart health, which is very different from conventional treatments. You will walk away with new skills and the knowledge you need to keep your heart, mind, and soul healthy! Health Talks are free classes at Anthus given by Denise DelPrincipe, RA, Ana Guerrero, LPC, and Heddy Herron, FDN-P. The goal is to give back to the community by providing free monthly educational classes which help you on your journey of healing mind, body, and soul. If you enjoy the class, and feel compelled, donations are accepted and will go towards future classes.
