BY APPOINTMENT ONLY - PLEASE REGISTER ONLINE Monday: 10am – 4pmTues – Thurs: 9am – 4:30pm For healthcare workers and individuals who are 75+ years of age with a Watsonville Zip Code (95019, 95076, 95077), to reach populations most impacted by COVID in our county. Please register this week at https://mhealthsystem.com/santacruzfairgrounds Verification of occupation (work ID, paycheck stub) or age/zip code of residence will be required at check-in.
