Lady Self Defense Training will provide the needed skills for women to increase their awareness of their surroundings and weapons. This event requires Social Distancing and a Mask. HUSH No More & Lady Self Defense are personal protection training which is led by Head Instructor Lexi Arnold. She will provide insightful and creative training that will lead to individuals being more self aware of their surroundings and weapons. This is a social distancing event. We are celebrating our 2nd Anniversary and will provide food and give out free gifts. This is going to be a fun and informative event. Please wear comfortable clothing, athletic shoes, and your face mask.
