Does anyone know a cockatiel breeder that hand feeds their birds? My kids had a lovely little cockatiel when they were growing up years ago and I would love to get one for myself again. I have lots of bird experience and a large cage. All of my birds spend 3-4 hours out of their cage every day. Please e-mail me if you have any suggestions. Thank you for reading my post...Cindy
