Does anyone know how to repair andis dog clippers?

I am desperate to figure out what I am doing wrong to make my andis dog clippers stop cutting. Ive watched videos read manuals. I still cannot get my clippers to cut. They buzz.. Rattle a little bit. its very frustrating they are really expensive. I do not have a car and am disability I do not leave my home often and my husband passed away he use to handle these type things. I would pay someone to fix my clippers. I reside near maryland and oakey. Someone that knows how to fix clippers please respond.
