Join Cult Legume for their filling plant-based far on Catapult's outdoor patio! Full menu coming soon. Join us for a Spring Pop Up Series! Each Friday at lunch from mid-February through mid-May, we’ll have a Catapult Kitchen member set up at the pop-up window, located on our outdoor patio. Cult Legume serves plant-based meals, like their "Wholy Burgers" and "Neatballs." Jarrett & Michelle started Cult Legume to eliminate the obstacles to healthy eating that are so common these days: confusion about what constitutes healthy ingredients, lack of time to prepare quality meals, and the myth of high costs associated with plant ingredients.
