WHAT TO EXPECT The Chinchilla's Eats On The Streets Food Truck will be parked down the street from UF Health Jacksonville, in The Ville Church parking lot. Stop by the food truck any time between 12pm and 2pm to enjoy lunch and collect information about leading hospitals, healthcare systems, and practice groups across the country.
