Afro-Dance Fitness Classes hosted by Melina Saintil (Instagram: @melafro_ ) Similar to Zumba Fitness but with African Dance Moves & Music! Melina will be hosting reoccurring AFRICAN-STYLED DANCE (FITNESS) CLASSES after the start date of MONDAY NOVEMBER 23, 2020 every Monday's and Wednesday's from 6:30PM - 7:30PM. She is also a strong advocate for staying active and good health, so she decided to combine the two things she cares about the most: AFRODANCE & FITNESS. Growing up in Broward County, Florida, Melina recalls that in her early childhood years she would often feel down because there was not much local representation of African-Styled Dance Events or Classes she could attend to focus more on her passion for dance, but now that she is older she has decided to host her own classes in the Fort Lauderdale area!
