The city then said, if the application is mailed in, the City Clerk will mail the ballot and all instructions needed to the registered address. The ballot must be completed, notarized and returned prior to the election. In-person absentee voting will be held at City Hall in the City Clerk's Office beginning Feb.1 and lasting through March 1. Voters may bring their completed application and driver's license to the election information desk between 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. They will be escorted to the Clerk's Office to cast their ballot. The deadline to submit absentee ballot applications is Feb. 25, with absentee ballots being accepted until March 2, at 12 p.m. Click here to see a full list of the candidates appearing on the ballot in the non-partisan elections.
