Puppy in need of home

Unfortunately we are having to re-home our puppy. We estimate her to be approximately 11 months old. We are not sure of her breed as she was a rescue. A friend of ours found her and her siblings in a box on the side of the road when she was little. She is the only survivor. She is a super sweet baby with lots of energy. She is not completely house trained but does know sit. She is wonderful with other dogs, cats, and kids. She does prefer humans though as she knows that's where she gets the love lol. Please don't misunderstand the situation as we don't want to have to re-home her but times are hard and our new landlord has a limit on pets and this is something we just couldn't avoid. She is updated on her shots but has not been fixed yet. We will be asking for a small rehoming fee, a home inspection and for whoever interested to sign a contract that if for some reason you cannot keep her she is to return to our home. This is all just to insure she is to go to a good and loving home. Again, please don't assume the situation as we had been trying to avoid this but have failed. The least we can do now is just make sure she gets the home she deserves. If you're interested please message me directly and thank you.
