These people are worse than unprofessional they are crooks, I paid them upfront over a grand for an in state move, then they demanded more money before they would give me my stuff back, twice! Literally holding my possessions hostage, then telling me I had to pay an additional "storage fee", when finally i get my stuff back my TV's broken and my mattress is ripped, then they threaten to take my stuff back when I demanded they pay for damages, these folks are crooks, don't give them a deposit, they'll Rob you
