Bike Stolen Off RTD Bus

So, I witnessed a couple people stealing a bike off an RTD bus over off Alameda and Lipan/Platte River Dr. A couple of people pulled up behind the bus, one jumped out and ran around to the front where they stole the bike off the carrying rack for the bus before riding off with it. Well, I chased them and they either lost control of the bike or dumped it to get rid of me but I got the bike back. More than willing to return it, it seems like the type of bike someone uses to get to and from the bus every day so I suspect the owner will need it. Going to need a little description of the bike before I hand it over to just anyone, its a very distinct bike with notable features.
