I have filed a petition in Small Claims Court against Austin Auto Traders as follows: Damages for mental anguish and expenses under Subdivision (1) of Subsection (b) of Section 17.50 of Texas Business and Commerce Code caused by the unconscionable course of action by Mark Strauss & Mark Strauss Enterprises, Inc., d.b.a., Austin Auto Traders and for Breach of Contract – Failure to Perform/Sale of Goods – Deceptive Trade Practices – Unlawfully Installing a GPS Tracking System.
