White/Grey long haired Male Small dog

Description

My mom found a small male long-haired white or grey or cream color dog deceased under the PCH bridge in Newport Beach between Bayside and Dover. The dog was wet and may have washed ashore. The dog appears to have been fatally attacked by possibly a coyote. The Newport Beach police department were called to collect the remains. We have a photo of the fur if it helps you to indenting the dog.
