ONLY AVAILABLE TUESDAYS! 8AM or 1 PM openings Must be 17 years and younger, located near ONTARIO MILLS MALL All we ask is for your time (appointments will last 3 hours and you may be asked to return for a 2nd appointment) Legal guardian must accompany the patient in order to obtain signatures during treatment Please email for more information (we ARE NOT dentists, we do not extract teeth or perform surgical procedures of any kind) We will do a health assessment, perio probing, calculus check, x-rays, deep clean, sealants, fluoride, etc
