Outdoor storytime & other outdoor learning activities led by neighborhood volunteers! Ideal for students between 5 and 8. All ages welcome! Happy New Year, everyone! Please review the available times below for our next outdoor storytime sessions and click on the button to sign up on times that work for you. Please feel free to sign-up for multiple sessions. Wednesday 11:00-12:00: Karin Harrison, Former Teacher at Francis-Stevens School Without Walls. 2:00-3:00: Dr. Rebecca Klemm, Founder of Numbers Alive Foundation, Former Georgetown University Professor. Saturday 12:00-1:00: Susan Aspey, VP of Ellucian Education and former Department of Ed employee Sunday 12:00-1:00: Penelope Jia, Senior at National Cathedral School Our sessions are free-of-charge, but we are also offering these sessions on a sliding-scale fee if you choose. Your contributions help us cover costs (e.g. background checks for volunteers, supplies such as microphones and chalk, permitting and licensing fees).
