Through the PATCH Referral program, we offer: FREE Referrals to licensed Family Child Care Providers, Preschools, before and After School Care and Day Care Centers in your area; FREE Resources on how to choose quality child care or becoming a licensed family child care provider; FREE resources on child care subsidies, like Preschool Open Doors and other subsidy resources; FREE community based training classes for parents and preschool staff on Special Needs, Challenging Behaviors, Introduction to Preschool, Early Childhood Development, etc. and access to other early childhood services and helpful resources.
