Super Bowl LV, the 55th Super Bowl and the 51st modern-era National Football League (NFL) championship game, will decide the league champion for the 2020 NFL season. The American Football Conference (AFC) champion Kansas City Chiefs (who are also the defending Super Bowl champions) will play the National Football Conference (NFC) champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. With pending developments on the COVID-19 pandemic, the game is scheduled to be played on February 7, 2021, at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, Florida.[5] This will be the fifth Super Bowl hosted by the Tampa area and the third held at Raymond James Stadium. It will be the fourth time that the Super Bowl was in the same state in back-to-back years, since Super Bowl LIV took place at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida.[6] This Super Bowl will mark three milestones, as the Tampa Bay Buccaneers will be the first team to play a Super Bowl in its home stadium,[7] Tampa Bay quarterback Tom Brady will play in his record 10th Super Bowl,[8] and with COVID-19 health restrictions limiting stadium capacity to 22,000 fans, it will be the lowest attended Super Bowl.[9] Additionally, this marks the first time since Super Bowl XLVI that the game will feature two teams that met previously in the regular season, as well as the first time since 2011 that a wild card team will appear in the Super Bowl. The game will be televised nationally, with country music singer Eric Church and R&B singer Jazmine Sullivan performing the national anthem, while the halftime show will be headlined by Ethiopian and Canadian singer The Weeknd.[4] I AM GAME! POPCORN ZONE (10PM - 11:59PM) : ONLY FOOD. ALCOHOL WILL NOT BE SERVED According to DC Government Guideline, alcohol is not served after 10PM. So this is where we watch the game, as if we are in the movie theaters. However, you will get your free tacos at this time. As per DC Government guidelines, this is a sit down dinning experience. Refund and Ticket Resell Policy All sales are final. We only refund the full amount, if the event is canceled. If it is rescheduled, we will send an email to those who RSVPed 'YES' advising that. A full refund will be given to those that let us know within 2 calendar days of the update email, if you are unable to make it on the new date. No refunds will be given after that time. However, you can sell your ticket to someone else if you are unable to attend. Please, feel free to post in the comment box for the event, that you have a ticket for sale. You must let us know two hours before the RSVP close time, on the day of the event. METRO & PARKING INFO The closest metro station is Woodley Park/Adams Morgan. Street Parking might be a challenge. But if you plan to drive, try your luck on Champlain Street. Otherwise, there is a parking garage around. However, the event involves drinking and we highly recommend a shared ride or taxi service.
