LOWELL, MA — State Police helped find the SUV that belonged to a woman who has been missing since Jan. 18, but the woman is still missing. Detective Capt. Mark LeBlanc, a Lowell Police spokesman, said in a news release that they pulled a black 2016 Range Rover from the Merrimack River on Jan. 22, the same SUV that Kim Kelly-Oberhauser was driving when she was last seen in Lowell. Lowell Police earlier asked for the public's help in finding Kelly-Oberhauser, and noted that she was last seen driving her Range Rover at 10:45 p.m. in Lowell. Police described her as a middle-aged blonde about 5'7 and 125 lbs. "The missing person investigation is ongoing and efforts to locate Kim Kelly-Oberhauser continue," LeBlanc said in a statement. Lowell Police are investigating the case with assistance from State Police detectives assigned to Middlesex District Attorney Marian Ryan's Office. Police are asking anyone who may have seen Kelly-Oberhauser, or knows where she is to call Lowell Police at 978-937-3200.
