Participants will increase their knowledge of the Kentucky Code of Ethical Conduct
This training is PENDING approved for 2021 for 3.0 CEs to meet the SW Ethics Renewal requirement established in 201 KAR 23:075. Participants will increase their knowledge of the Kentucky Code of Ethical Conduct; review the NASW Code of Ethics; discuss the differences between values, ethics, and the law; practice applying knowledge to "real life" situations; and participate in collegial dialog regarding the application of ethics to our work. Sessions are a combination of didactic presentation, participant discussion, small group work and interaction with case scenarios.
Classes will be held via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
Dates for 2021: March 10, 9:00am - 12:00pm July 15, 9:00am - 12:00pm November 17, 1:00pm - 4:00pmThe LMFT board does not approve this training for CEs to meet their specific ethics requirement.
