Due to Covid restrictions, we have rented a much larger space than necessary so we can maintain a 6 foot distance between each party. We will require masks to attend but not when seated since everyone will be distanced. If you have any concerns regarding Covid, please let us know.This event is for anyone thinking about purchasing a home in the next 1-3 months who may be wondering where to start. The tickets give us an accurate head count for the lunch that will be served. Can I attend if I already have a Realtor? No. Per the real estate license law, we cannot work with you if you have already hired a Realtor. Hiring a Realtor would mean you have signed an exclusive buyer agency agreement. Will there be another time I can come if I cannot attend this day?
