We partner with Ivy Tech to offer you the possibility to pre-order and pick up your delicious feijoada .
Feijoada is a flavorful stew of beans with beef and pork. It is considered a national dish of Brazil.
The name comes from feijao, which is Portuguese for beans.
The basic ingredients of feijoada are black beans with fresh pork and beef. The stew is prepared over low heat and cooked for hours until it is ready.
It is served with rice, farofa and collard greens.
For 2021 we are offering two options.
Feijoada Completa - Black beans stew, white rice, farofa, collard greens, vinaigrette and orange.
Feijoada Simples - Just the black beans stew. An excellent option to freeze and savor any day you like.
