In this 90-minute workshop, I will guide you through a highly-effective, life-balance exercise in "primary food". It provides a starting point for determining how you may wish to spend more time and energy to create balance and joy in your life. The closer you get to achieving balance in all areas , the healthier and happier you will feel!
