HOWARD COUNTY, MD — Members are being sought by the Howard County Public School System to serve on its policy advisory committees. Members help develop and revise school system policies. HCPSS specifically seeks candidates for membership on the 2020-2021 Policy Advisory Committee for Policy 4070 Fund Balance/Policy 4100 Investment. This committee will include one member representing the general resident stakeholder group. Members of this committee will discuss and make policy recommendations to the superintendent. Meetings will be held virtually on March 24, March 31, April 7 and April 14. Committee members are expected to attend all committee meetings. Residents interested in participating may submit a statement of interest online by Feb. 5.
