Official launch of Sophia's Supper Club, a world class culinary experience cultivated by globally celebrated chef and author Sophia Dias Sophia Dias would like to formally invite you to the House of Dias for a night of feasting and building community at the launch of Sophia's Supper Club, a private network of Chicago's most sophisticated diners. Sophia is the author of Sábio: A Culinary Journey: Recipes from Goa, Istanbul, Paris and Around the World. She has been around the world picking up culinary gems for over 30 years to cultivate this unique dining experience. As we move through COVID19 restrictions and quarantine, our goal is to create an exclusive community of diners who are looking for high class dining experience and creating a network amongst Chicago's elite. Please join us at the House of Dias on February 5, 2020 dressed in smart attire. Sophia will be demonstrating her famous Butter Chicken curry and Chicken Biryani.
