Speaker Biography Ernie Boughman is Director of Operations, Southeastern U.S. for Toole Design, the nation’s leading multimodal planning and engineering firm. He has provided leadership for infrastructure projects that enable people of all ages and abilities to harmoniously live, travel, and play together. Generosity – the giving of time, talent, and treasure – is a high priority for Ernie in all aspects of his life. He is blessed by his wife of 22 years, Gale and their teenage daughter and son, Emma and Alex.
