BREMEN TOWNSHIP, IL — The Bremen Township is hosting a drive-thru coronavirus testing event on Tuesday and Thursday this week.
The free test is conducted via a mouth swab, to collect saliva samples, according to the township. It will take place at the Bremen Township Senior / Youth Complex, located at 15350 Oak Park Ave. Oak Forest. Zero contact will be permitted, according to the township. All participants must remain in their cars.
The drive-thru event is this Tuesday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The event is sponsored by Molecular Diagnostic Labs. Anyone who has questions can call 708-687-8220.

Tinley Park also received a new testing site last week. NAS Testing center, located at 7460 Duvan Drive in Tinley Park, opened its doors for COVID-19 testing to take place from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday - Friday and 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays and Sundays, according to its website.
A vaccination site opened in Robbins last week. The site opened Jan.18 at the Robbins Health Center, located at 13450 S. Kedzie Ave. Those who are able to receive the vaccine can visit the facility from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday, according to State Senator Emil Jones.
