Questions on Drywall/insulation

Hello I'm writing in question about my upstairs. It needs insulation and drywall. I'm not sure where I can find these things at a good price and are there places I can go for help on finding some that was donated/leftover from other jobs? If not can i cut corners somehow and do it another way? I rly need help! I'm a young women I dont know much about it, dont have much cash to go with and I rly need this done to finish up my kids bedroom. Thank you so much !
