Join Show Me KC Schools and Samuel U. Rogers Health Center for a drive-through event for children! This is a FREE drive-through event where families can: Apply to all KCMO charter and district schools Receive information about Start at Zero Learn about mental health services Receive a Well Child Check and school immunizations* Receive information from WIC Receive information from Healthy Start Receive information on housing, food, utility, and employment assistance Receive information from Nurture KC Receive school supplies and books from Urban Community Connections Learn how to register for ACA through multiple insurance providers All services are drive-through and will be on a first-come first-served basis. All participants must wear a mask. No walk-ups will be allowed. *We ask that the families bring their ID, social security cards, birth certificates, vaccination record, and if possible; proof of income (or proof of no- income), and proof of residency to receive well child checks and school immunizations.
