San Diego County has added two new COVID-19 vaccination clinics in National City and Oceanside and are taking appointments.
The county-run vaccination clinic in National City, at the Martin Luther King Jr. Community Center, 140 E. 12th Street, will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
The Oceanside site, at the North Coastal Live Well Center, 3708 Ocean Ranch Blvd., also will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Sunday through Thursday.
The COVID-19 doses are available by appointment only. Those eligible include health care and emergency workers in Phase 1A and people 75 years and older in Phase 1B.
Appointments can be made at vaccinationsuperstationsd.com. People 75 and older who don't have access to a computer can call 2-1-1 for assistance in scheduling a shot.
In addition, the county plans to open another vaccination station in East County. People 75 years and older in Phase 1B will be able to make appointments beginning this week, based on the availability of doses.
See the county web site for a complete list of vaccination sites.
