2 Elmhurst Men Charged With DUI: Police

ELMHURST, IL — In the last couple of days, Elmhurst police arrested two local men on charges of DUI. Here is information from the police reports: Kevin Z. Lussow, 35, of Elmhurst, was arrested about 2:30 p.m. Sunday in the 200 block of Columbia on a charge of DUI. He was released on bond. According to a police report, Lussow was found asleep in his car. Patrick Petrillo, 53, of Elmhurst, was arrested shortly after 2 a.m. Monday at St. Charles and Villa on charges of DUI, speeding, failure to signal, disobeying a stop sign and illegal transportation of alcohol. He was released on bond. Two weeks ago, Petrillo was charged by Elmhurst police with harassment through electronic communications, leaving numerous voicemail and text messages with the victim, according to a police report. And in November, Petrillo was charged by Glenview police with a deceptive practice, police said. Police report information is provided by local police departments. Charges are not evidence of guilt. They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
